The BOPSC is privately run and welcomes visitors. There are certain rules of course and any visitor is expected to abide by those rules. A visit is a privilege, not a right.
We do allow dogs on the grounds but they must be on a lead at all times. Of course, please clean up after them.
The camp is affiliated to the NZNF and as such welcomes visitors that hold one of these cards, or is from a recognised overseas organisation:
Please use the contact form at the bottom or you may fill out the booking form here.
BOPSC currently does not cater for day visitors, however we would love to welcome you if you wish to stay one or more days. Please use the booking form or simply send an email and we will be in touch.
Accommodation is located in the visitor area between the stream and the spa pool, close to the camp house and ablution facilities.
The fees are as follows per night. Visitors can arrive anytime of the day and there is also no specific check out time.
There are 29 powered sites and numerous unpowered sites, suitable for campervans, caravans, and tents. Note, if you want power in your tent, you must use an approved power cord designed for that purpose. Sites are spacious and set within the peaceful natural surroundings of the camp.

Fees cover free use of all facilities except the washing machine which is a $2.00 coin per load.
Caravans and campervans will need to have a current electrical warrant of fitness. You cannot plug into the electrical socket unless you have this displayed on your van.
There is of course ample room for tents. It is not permissable to sleep in your vehicle.
Linen hire is $5.00
Please report to the caretaker upon arrival.
Children under 18 accompanied by an adult stay for free.
